OFFICIAL STATEMENT /PRESS RELEASE

We would kindly like to issue an official statement on the current state of the strategic partnership between Reinvest24 and Kirsan Group. As most of you already know, we entered in a mutually beneficial partnership in 2020, however considering the current events and previously shared information by Reinvest24, we would like to shed more light on the actual situation and our communication strategy for future with more transparency and direct contact to our investors.

We have been working in a close collaboration with Reinvest24 for over 3 years now, with a total investment portfolio of 7 million of which over 4.5 million have been already returned to investors up to date.

CLEARANCE OF ANY DECEITFUL INFORMATION

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise to our investors for the delays and late payments regarding these projects. We take this situation seriously and we intend to find the best solution going forward to make sure all the projects are repaid in full. With this said, we would like to clear any doubtful information being shared with you beforehand. The projects are not on hold or in any process to discontinue, the construction works are moving ahead and they are being built as we share this with you. We will gladly share the proof of work and their status in our direct communication channels.

The same way, we would like to clear out any information about any political or local restrictions in any way affecting the successful completion of these real estate development projects. This also applies to any previous speculations of Kirsan Group’s financial state and business stance. Kirsan Group has a very prominent position within real estate development and construction, as well as, several other business verticals such as manufacturing, agriculture ,green energy, to mention a few. Kirsan Group has an international presence and businesses with over 13 years of experience and market expertise, which accounts for circumstances such as these, to be handled with the utmost professionalism and favourable outcome as for the investors, as the company itself.

CURRENT STATE OF THE PARTNERSHIP

The strategic partnership with Reinvest24 is currently under revision, we are reassessing our cooperation and its conditions, as we believe it has not been honored by both parties with respect to the conditions it was entered into. We, however, still see possible solutions for resolving the issues peacefully. This is the foremost and sole reason why current delays have occurred with the respectable projects placed on the Reinvest24 platform.

FUTURE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

We do not wish to stand back anymore, and being fully transparent and closer to our investors, have always been in our company’s DNA. We have already created a direct communication channel were we intend to share and inform about the latest activities and status on the overall situation in regards to the partnership, as well as, the corresponding projects and their repayment strategy.
